HUBER 360® –
digital movement control for healthy joints and greater stability in Ahaus

Much of the pain experienced in the back, joints or muscles is not caused solely by wear and tear or injuries. Often, the cause lies in certain movements having been performed incorrectly over many years. This is precisely where HUBER 360® training comes in. It promotes the ability to perform movements in a controlled, powerful and balanced manner. At our practice in Ahaus, this training programme forms an integral part of treatment for acute conditions, rehabilitation and preventative conditioning.

HUBER 360® – digital movement control for healthy joints and greater stability in Ahaus

How training with HUBER 360® works

The system consists of a movable platform and a support module. It reacts to every shift in weight and immediately shows how you are balancing yourself in space. The device provides continuous feedback during training. This allows you to see straight away whether you are working evenly or compensating for certain movements. Based on this, we develop a personalised programme specifically designed to:

  • Safely activating the muscles around the spine and joints
  • Making movements more fluid and less strenuous
  • Improving balance and reaction times
  • Making everyday movements more stable

Each session is supervised by a therapist. The movements are introduced gradually, adapted and documented.

What are the benefits of HUBER 360®?

HUBER 360® training differs from conventional equipment because it trains entire movement sequences rather than isolated muscles. It can help:

  • improve posture in everyday life, e.g. when sitting, carrying things or climbing stairs
  • Build core strength to help alleviate back pain
  • regain confidence in movement following injuries
  • to increase the stability of the entire musculoskeletal system

Thanks to the direct feedback on the screen, patients can quickly see their progress and consciously correct their movements.

Who is this training suitable for?

The HUBER 360® is suitable for a wide range of needs. Typical indications include:

Back and neck
problems Particularly effective in cases of reduced core stability or following prolonged muscle tension.

Following surgery or long-standing pain
: Movement control is built up safely without overloading the joints.

Postural problems and unsteady gait
Ideal for those who struggle to stand for long periods, climb stairs safely or find themselves ‘wobbling’ during everyday activities.

Sport and physical demands at work
People who do a lot of lifting or place uneven strain on their bodies often benefit from improved movement control.

Prevention
: Regular training can help to counteract overexertion at an early stage.

Step by step through the training session

  1. Analysis of your current fitness level:
We’ll look at your movements, posture and balance, and discuss your goals.
  2. Introduction to the system
A team member explains the exercises, corrects your posture and demonstrates safe movement patterns.
  3. Exercise programme as planned
The platform requires controlled movements. You follow the instructions on the display.
  4. Real-time feedback
You can see which movements are working well and where you need to make adjustments.
  5. Further development and transition
We’ll work together to consider how the training can be integrated into other forms of therapy.
